Mintz advised Coworker.ai on its $13M seed financing round, which will support its launch of the world's first general-purpose AI teammate capable of researching, planning, and executing complex work like an experienced colleague.

Mintz advised Olio Health, the leading software platform streamlining care coordination, in its closing of an $11 million Series B funding round.

Mintz served as regulatory counsel to WonderFi Technologies Inc., a Canadian leader in digital asset products and services, in connection with a definitive agreement to be acquired by  Robinhood Markets, Inc., one of the world’s largest FinTech trading platforms. 

Erek L. Barron, the former United States Attorney for the District of Maryland, has joined Mintz as Member in the firm’s White Collar Defense & Government Investigations Practice. He will also lead Mintz’s Crisis Management and Strategic Response team, and his practice will include complex civil, criminal, and regulatory matters. He will be resident in the Washington, DC office and in Maryland.
